Typically 2-3 weeks and up to 4 weeks in the busy season.

How will my photos be delivered?

Your photos will be delivered via an online gallery that will be sent to your email. You will have the option to download individual photos or the entire gallery at once.

How long do I have access to the gallery? When does it expire?

The gallery stays open for a month and expires 30 days after it was delivered via email. Clients who have a “Watch Me Grow” year plan get access for a full year.

How do I get my photos after the gallery expired?

Once the Gallery has been delivered, you will have 30 days to download your images. In case you require an extension on the gallery, please inform me via email and I can extend the gallery for an additional week without any charge. However, after the expiration date, a re-archival/re-send fee of 65$ will be applicable.

How long are my photos archived for?

Your photos will be archived for two years.
